I've started using an 8 hr self hypnosis at night and a second, shorter hypnosis during the day to reiterate my weightloss journey. I'm an emotional eater and the last 3 years I've struggled with my mental health, hence this massive weight gain. I've been meaning to go back to my hypnotherapist to help with my binge eating etc but because of lockdown, I've decided to use YouTube. Has anyone else been trying this approach as well to supplement their journey?
96 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 16 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
