Has anyone tried whey protein? If so, have you since gained any muscles?
60.6 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hey, sorry for the super late reply. But I did back in my weight lifting days. I properly tracked macros and took the protein when I wasn't hitting my goal protein for the day. Keeping your protein up is especially helpful if you are still on a calorie deficit, it will aide in making you lose fat and retaining your muscle. I'd say try it, it definitely doesn't hurt :)
