ヤママユカ I hope so... these days I am doing HIIT work out for 40 mins at home everyday. But... I need to start meal plan again.😐

ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 역시 펫시크릿 계산 안하면 확찐자가 된다는것을 알았네요 🤣🤣🤣 음식 일일이 계산하는거 귀찮아서 3개월동안 안했는데 결국 다시 😏
