Weighed myself this evening and I'm shocked that I GAINED 3 kgs since last week even though I'm eating UNDER my calorie intake and I'm doing a daily yoga practice.
96 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 16 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I’ve been doing a nutrition course and intensive training on the wrong diet balance can cause massive water retention as your muscles try to hold onto fuels for later.

I've had that problem too in the past. The harder I train the heavier I weigh. Turns out water retention is the culprit. Tested it with a water tablet lost 3kgs in 1 day!

Lisa_chan, I wondered earlier if it could be that too! Gonna get a tablet, relook diet and see what's what. My diet now is very similar to how I eat when I'm lifting
