Weekends are still a issue.
High calorie foods eaten: Chilli bites, Niknaks😭 and buns.
Water intake: less than 1ltr a day.
Fibre: Still not reaching 28g a day.
Fruit and veg: Less than 1 portion a day.
No exercise!
Notes for this week coming: eat more fruit and veg, more fibre and more water!
60.7 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
