I'm fasting, eating less and healthy, and do a few home workouts. How Is my scale going up instead of down😭 feels like I'll never see the 70s on my scale, the moment I get close to 80kg I pick up again.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 18.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

so I downloaded this app called shapez to track measurements. I was stuck on 83kg for 3months but my measurements were going down dramatically. I dropped a whole dress size but my weight was the same. I use it in conjunction with fat secret, it's a good way to stay on track when the scale lies to you.
