Mt body hates carbs.. Its a big change for a few days and its from cutting carbs and sugar. Plus I cheated the one day but still! Im very happy with the provress this wek and hope to keep the same momentum next week.
83.5 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
