finally found the scale (we've moved) but a little disheartening that I've only lost 2kgs in the 2 weeks when I've been working so hard and sticking to it during this meh time
96.6 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 21.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Moving is stressful, and sttessinh makes it difficult to loose for sime reason your bidy holds on to the weight during stressful pperiods. Be patient your hard work will show.

It’s good progress though. I know it’s hard to celebrate little wins when you feel that the effort you have given outweighs the result, but try to. There will always come a day when loosing 2kgs feels impossible 🙈 (I’ve been there). So yeah, you are doing well 👏🏾

2kg in 2 weeks is awesome! Sometimes losing too fast doesn't help anyway, too fast is not sustainable and often one finds you gain it back ❤️
