Wow, went on holiday for 2 and a half weeks and came back 3 kg down. Really starting to believe that my new eating habits are sustainable.
97.6 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
