So no change but consider my time of the month, I'm fine with it. Today marks the end of 4 weeks of focused nutrition and exercise 6 days a week. My weight has only changed slightly but I'm noticing changes in my body and huge changes in my fitness. I can run a km with relatively little effort and do 30 mins cardio or strength training without it killing me. I'm also more flexible from consistent yoga and I can do a toe touch. All in all a good month for me!
71.2 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
