I've officially started the exercise part of my new lifestyle.... Small steps. Started with the 20 min workout on the lateral thigh trainer. I was far from perfect....but I was doing it😀

Check out @SydneyCummings on YouTube. She provides full-length workouts, everyday that you can do at home or at the gym. Her channel also has over 800 workouts to choose from if you don’t want to do the Day’s workout. Oh and did I mention that’s it’s all Free!
