Finally.... movement😁

How are you doing it... I started in Feb 2020 and im only 1kg down.

With great difficulty. Im pre menstrual so my cravings crazy. Especially for carbs. But I drink or try to drink 3 litres water everyday, n limit calories to between 1000 -1500 depending on my cycle. I allow off days for life,not alot. But I do have them....💕

Thanks so much for sharing. I have limited my calourie intake to -1000 per day and at least 2x a week I try to drop them to 600 calouries. I have cut my carbs right down but even an apple has carbs. Im trying to eat high protein and fat diet. But I dont see great results at all I have only lost 1kg - and im really hard on myself. No sugar and if im desperate then I have Aspartame Free Sweeteners. Any advice on what I can do differently.

Spelling not n issue hun... im no teacher😘. I tried restrictions, but then I found I craved what I was not allowed. So I decided to just count calories, n drink my water. Currently im doing no exercise... but I would love to do something.... im just so damn lazy

Im working towards double digits.... that's my goal for now... I also found having a buddy to discuss my challenges helps.

My worst is water water water........if i dont have lemon to put in ... I avoid it like well COVID-19...never been able to drink it even as a child.

I fortunately have always enjoyed water, unless I have goals.... then im challenged. But its going better these days. So
