So today I'm getting back on track. I fell of the wagon in December last year and I'm ready to start over, and changing my goal weight as well. So once again, let's do this!!
75.6 kg Lost so far: 14.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
