finally back on track, sticking to 1400 calories and 2 ltrs of water. I haven't been exercise sonim gonna start doing that now, hopefully I get more progress
95.3 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 30.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
