Gaining, yet losing inches?? been strictly keeping calories between 1600-2000 daily. 3-4x a week I have been in the gym.The main thing is I am Feeling great and that is all that matters.
117.8 kg Lost so far: 13.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
