I hit a plateau for 3 days and devoured an entire brownie and had a good few vodkas..I'm afraid of the scale this morning but hey every day is a new beginning..You're an inspiration.. 🌹

Awwww BlackO, that is sweet of you to say. I went crazy the entire weekend; was my birthday weekend. I ate all the cake & milk tart I could, I had an entire bottle of champagne by myself... and a few shots PO10c. Ate KFC and fries. That's why I expected a bigger gain.
