If you had carbs, it could just be water retention. I always forget that when I weigh in.

Bread for me is like a sponge. one slice and I'll be up by 1.5 the next day 🧽 I also get big weight fluctuations depending on the stage of my cycle or periods of high stress (cortisol)

Yep! Definitely had carbs! ... And didn't drink water either.... And overloaded on coffee. Will try again without the carbs and coffee!

Pump the water if you going to indulge a bit, helps slow the gain.
