I’m annoyed. This past week I doubled my efforts and stuck on the low end of my calories and didn’t make my weekly 1 kg target. I ran 8km every day 6 days... why didn’t I lose more?! I’ve been stuck on and off in the 57 range, I need to break it and get to 56...
57.4 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
