My go to stall breaker , I had a few Gins last night , and Whoosh Down !!! with the scale , i have been on and off , keto since early 2018 , and this is one trick I learnt , not to often because alcohol stalls weight loss , just to shock my body when I'm on a stall ,the wonderful thing about this I'm still in ketosis , whoop whoop ,
73.3 kg Lost so far: 17.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Congrats on the weight loss, you could also increase calories then drop them to shake a plateau. I wouldn’t suggest alcohol as a solution lol but whatever works for you.

I tried that it does not work for me , it was either the Gins , a beef and butter fast , or a egg fast , all of which works for me , I choose the Gin because it works faster , (and i got to have some fun ) lol after day two on a beef and butter fast eeeeeek , I don't want to eat beef for a few months , like u said what works for one might not work for the other,
