All went well yesterday, no cheats, good water intake.
My good carbs was a bit higher than usual so this might be the reason, or the body is fighting back a little
136.4 kg Lost so far: 45.8 kg.    Still to go: 24.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
