I think I need to switch weigh in to a friday. Weekends seem to be my downfall and Mondays are depressing enough without seeing that I gained weight. I suppose it could be hormones kicking in, but I did eat way too much pasta this weekend :(
88.4 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 23.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
