So gone up, was a bit bloated when I weighed. I also eat healthier this week than I have in the past few months. Just going to keep pushing forward it's the only way I will get results.
63 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
