One kilo down since I starting banting again 5 days ago as well as increasing my water intake. Didn't get to gym much, only been twice so far but I'm really encouraged to keep going and the sugar withdrawal symptoms are waaaay better now.
84.5 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.3 kg a Week
