Bleak! Only a few grams. Been strict and exercising like someone possessed! .... And my measurements have hardly changed either. I guess I can take comfort in the fact that I'm a bit fitter than I was two months ago... But aaaaaarrggghhh! I want to SEE results of my efforts! This sucks the big one. 😕
