It is slow like snail 🐌... but I’ll take it... no stress it is a lifestyle change... don’t even weigh myself as often anymore, cause it became an addiction a stressful one ☝️... So I exercise, watch what I eat and when I am worried that I may have overdone it, I weigh just to keep a close eye 👁...just waiting for the muscle to start showing😜
70.7 kg Lost so far: 23.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I really wish I had the time to work out. We tried at the end of last year. 3 months and it nearly drove us to suicide with exhaustion. I was body building at one stage then started my current job, that way 6 years ago. Guess how that went?

@leandre1986 Check out a YouTube channel called Sydney Cummings. It’s free, she posts everyday but you will see body changes! I’m almost 42 and I’m in better shape than I ever was going to gym!!! I’ve lost weight and gained muscle (with visible yet feminine definition). Give her a try, she turned my exercise journey around! At zero cost!
