Last year today on my birthday, I never imagine I would go from wearing a size XL to S. I am so grateful to God for the courage and strength to keep at it and for all the help He sent through my husband and kids, friends and FS family💃🏽👯‍♀️🎂🌺

@ Lessthan15... thank you... I started with Keto, and then adjusted to Low carb medium protein and medium healthy fats... I have also from time to time done IF (intermittent Fasting)... but I think what helped as well is exercise. I started just walking on the treadmill till I got to the point where I ran doing cardio 5 times a week, but it was too much for me and I found I plateaued and was loosing muscle. So now I do 30 min cardio 3 times a week and if I ate badly the previous day I do 4 times but my focus has changed to building muscle. I think exercise is a great assistant for getting healthy and fit but also helps for the days when you over did something in the kitchen. Basically you change it up and keep your body in a surprise state. My asthma has improved and many things has gotten better ever since I started this journey.
