Ups and down...have bad sugar cravings lately. Is that hormones???? Im not a sugar fan. Went all out yesterday, cake, chocolate. Not healthy ☹️
50 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
