Down to my lowest weight in years - a blessing since I’m out of the gym for four weeks due to medical stuff. I’ll credit the super sweet senior dog my husband adopted for me to replace Lyle. I love them both so much. 🙂

79.4 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
