After a month of not weighing myself. I have stuck to the 80/20 plan, eating healthily and under my calories, exercising 4 to 6 times a week. Not a very motivating number to see on the scale.
76 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

u could be building muscle, it could be water retention. just stick to what u doing. consistency is key. u can do this💪👍

Thanks for the supportive words. I won't stop. Hopefully it will just take a while to reset and then I will see the results.
