Weight remains the same, yet beating personal goals in all physical challenges. running faster/further, lifting more, biking harder. My recovery has been very rapid daily also which helps greatly.
118.0 kg Lost so far: 13.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
