So for some reason i was 107.1 kg on Monday , 107.9 on Tuesday and 107.0 today , ate healthy , small portions and feeling good , wondering why by body grabbed on to that 800g , think its realising that the supply of chips and chocolates has disappeared and the reality of no bread in a week is settling in lol

Its such a good feeling though that i know im in the right head space now , really feel a difference with the herbalife shakes , cant wait for the 5kg mark where my clothes start to fit loosely and the promise of on day fitting into old smaller size clothes in the back of my closet :)

it's an interesting process observing your weight daily, because these fluctuations are sooooooo normal and you learn very quickly what affects your body and how. it's also worth researching the difference between fat loss and weight loss... you're aiming for fat loss. in summary - your fat cells are filled with tryglicerides (fat) and when you diet you lose the fat stored in the cell. the cell then gets filled with water to maintain its size until it shrinks and you show loss again. so it may seem like some days the work you've put in hasn't reflected, but give your body time to adjust, stick with whatever program works for you and the results will show. For instance I went up by a kg this morning. I could cry (I might have wanted to) but I know that I ate a wrap and rice yesterday. so even though my calories were under... that type of food just doesn't agree with me. it's all a learning process. ♥️

Good explanation of why I might seem to be stuck on 1 particular weight for 3 weeks now.
