It's been 2 days and not even 100g drop, but I will continue on the straight and narrow. Not sure what's happening 😏
83.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don't loose hope, you should measure yourself, you might now be dropping some centimeters. Also with me I have the water retention problem so if I take in less water today than yesterday I know for sure I will not loose anything the next morning. Try weighing yourself couple days apart too xx Good luck

Your body adapts to the low calories you have been eating constantly for a month or so. Have a high calorie day and then the next 3 days drop the calories again then weigh. See if that might boost the metabolism again.
