Really happy with how things have been going.
Weight down by 15.4 kgs
BMI from 29.8 to 24.9.
I never measured so I have no clue how much I have lost in cm but went from a size 18/20 pants to a slightly loose 12.
79 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 11 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I don't hv scale and I would to get my weight every week were can I go any idea I dnt want to buy coz I hv one at home n m not home currently

I am still on the 500 cal a day limit. Will be until I reach my goal weight. My food in a day varies as I am not a big eater. I got fat from sugary alcoholic drinks. Breakfast is usually something like a tin of tuna, on 2 rye cracker breads. Teaspoon light mayo and maybe some tomato. Lunch is usually another protein like chicken or hake with either salad or veg (baby marrow, mushroom etc) Dinner I have something small like a cup of soup lite and may 2 rice cakes. I got over my last plateau by moving my main. Meals to during the day

Once I reach my goal weight I will increase my calories to 1200 a day for until my weight stabilizes then I will introduce sugar and starches back into it
