Monday~Saturday fasting week 2 commence. Was always sceptical about fasting and keeping the weight off... weekends are the worse... loose 4 kgs in the week and pick it right back up in less days than it took to loose. Fasting is so different, yes I pic up a kg on the weekend but when my fast start i loose the kg and sum... this is progress for me. "85kg I'm coming for you" !!!!
93 kg Lost so far: 12.8 kg.    Still to go: 23 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
