You gonna hit 199 on Monday: My food yesterday: Breakfast- Double cream coconut yogurt 150g Carb clever granola- 30g Banana- 74 g Pitted dates- 30g Lunch: Nandos quarter chicken breast portion Portuguese salad Supper: 398 cal Mince and veg mix Mushrooms, sweetpotato, 150g extra lean mince, onion, tomato, garlic, carrots Snacks: 48g usn protein shake blue label And 48g usn protein shake blue label 2 x pitted dates just to get over a want of something sweet 4.2 liters of water

Checkers or woolies. I dont buy diet products so i buy lancewood double cream plain or coconut yogurt. Coconut flavour slightly higher in calories. You gonna have two big losses before Monday

Nandos is the healthier meal for me when im on site. Home is a bit far to go cook up a storm. I dont like cold food so my journey is not about doing things i dont like, but rather finding thinks that work around my lifestyle which are healthier.
