I’m back , I’ve been off the app for two months and was quite surprised that I still maintained good habits and still lost weight, it’s really true that once something becomes a habit , it’s easy to make it a life style. I’m trying to eat more nutrient dense foods in my quest for health ,maintaining the weight and building muscle
61.6 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
