Weight is going up, however inches are coming off, lose/win situation I guess, but it's a good result either way. Sticking to 16:8 IF, with a daily average of 1800-2000 cal/day, exercising 4 times a week now, min 2L water daily, avoiding chips, candy and chocolate as well.
119.6 kg Lost so far: 12.0 kg.    Still to go: 10.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
