I am trying but it hard to believe that I am loosing weight like this. I have decided to record daily because I weigh daily anyway...crossing fingers and praying hard hle. ..also I am going to keep on eating the food that I am eating now...I can just imagine nje...
114.9 kg Lost so far: 15.1 kg.    Still to go: 49.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
