It seems like I bounce back & forth each time the scale goes down for a few days until it goes down a little further. I was doing a little analysing last night and it looks like I lost 8.5 lbs. the first month, was on vacation for a week & gained 2.5 then lost 8 lbs. (including the vacation weight) since being back from vacation, another month. I have decided when I hit my goal to try to lose 5...maybe 10 more before the holidays. I was trying to see what my trajectory has been to determine how much I could realistically lose before Thanksgiving. I still have more tummy than I would like and hope another 10 lbs. will help that. Honestly I'm not unhappy with the rest of my body.
At my age getting rid of the tummy is the hardest part. I do gain all over so the weight is spread out but the tummy area gets the most. 😐

Lunch out with the Ladies today. We're doing Mexican...praying for willpower to avoid the chips & salsa. I looked online at the resteraunt menu trying to decide the best choice to order....And whether I'll have a drink with lunch. Many of us often do. My days to lose those last few lbs. are dwindling.
71.8 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
