10kgs down from where I really started not too long ago. Been a very bad week but going to get back on track with this motivation. Time for the next goal 💃🏼
62.2 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
