I'll take it!! Been holding off on chips, candy and sweets for over 6 weeks now, minus a piece of birthday cake in late August. I've been in the gym 3-4 times a week and golfing twice a week(I walk my rounds) I'm also drinking at least 2 litres of water daily which has become routine along with 16:8 fasting. I don't notice weight but definitely inches have come off, and physical level is getting higher daily. Good luck to everyone with their goals.
118.2 kg Lost so far: 13.3 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
