The workouts I’ve been doing are insane 😭 but a nice 500gram loss is worth it. In a week I’ve almost lost all of my “holiday weight gain”
98.7 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
