started intermittent fasting again a few days ago and i feel sooo much better,no more cheat meals at night and most importantly i feel better going to bed and waking up i feel refreshed
63.8 kg Lost so far: 26.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have been on intermittent for a while now. I love the progress. I break it whenever it’s necessary for me to eat breakfast maybe when traveling or whenever I am hosting. I have not weighed myself but I am happy because all my size 10/34 clothes are fitting

That's awesome Nomkhosinetsianda,intermittent fasting is how i started to lose weight in the beginning,but since i started monitoring my calories each day i felt it wasn't necessary,until now
