The result of IF and low carb dieting. Had a slow week of physical activity. I would be upset if I wasn't feeling as good as I've been feeling. Again, the scale is just a number.
121.7 kg Lost so far: 9.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Why do you think IF and low carb made the number go up?

really unsure of why? I am sure there's a number of reasons but that's the struggle. One thing differing in the last month is I'm not playing hockey, maybe that high intensity workout weekly is what I'm missing??

Yeah probably! Because fasting and kow carb is usually the best combination for me. The water weight should make the number drop. Maybe you should watch your salt intake. When i dont watch it i gain easly 1 kilo on the scale because of water retention!

Fun fact... if you go strict keto you need to eat more salt . Your body isn't as easily able to disperse electrolytes through your body without all of the water you store in your muscles . (Glycogen). Many people when they go keto shy away from veggies and focus on heavy meat. you need to drink way more water as your body isn't storing it for you. Drink more water and add more salt and see how you feel :) it takes water to shuffle ketone bodies out of your liver ...so help your liver out :) warning ...you'll pee a lot lol
