wow really not sure what's going on but I'm not complaining! perhaps my consistency is starting to pay off🤔 the only thing I changed was adding All bran flakes to my diet🤷‍♀️
61.2 kg Lost so far: 15.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I cant go without All bran

I was stuck on 62 and 63 kgs for about 2 months. I fast everyday. I was skipping breakfast and lunch and doing OMAD (stopped eating at 6pm) but then I introduced All Bran flakes around 1/2pm and ate dinner around 5:30pm and then my weight just started moving again. Something so simple yet so effective😊 will definitely keep at it! It's magic I swear
