Today I reached my first milestone, 16kgs lost in 3.5months. No pills or shakes, just hard work! It’s time to set my next milestone but taking a moment to celebrate my first milestone 😭
99 kg Lost so far: 16.5 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
