😭😭What have I done!!!!!
77 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week

Set-backs happen for some known or unknown reason. And with weight loss sometimes it is not even something you did, but your body's reaction. When things "go wrong" it is the time we can actually learn something. As others have said, don't stress. Draw a line under it and re-start because it is only weight and you can lose it because you have done really well already.

I also fell of the wagon and picked up some weight. I am so disappointed in myself but all I can do is keep going before I get back to where I started. We can do this!!!!

Im tooooo scared to get on the scale i havent been tracking. And the scale think ist a trampoline everytime i get on it im gained to or i weigh the same as my last weigh in.
