Not happy about this. So discouraged.

Please don't be. :) There could be many reasons for the small gain. You are also approaching your goal weight and your body is probably fighting back and try to keep ALL of you. :) It is going to get harder as you approach your goal to lose weight as your body does what it is designed to do: sometimes protect itself from you. Small setback, LeratoCoco. Go forward positively. :)

Thank you so much Ms Cornwall It also could be muscle weight, cause I have been training twice a day for 3 weeks now. This is what my trainer told me today
