I have not been tracking , and eating things like Malva pudding , chips , and other crap , and now the scale is up , today Im getting back on the wagon , starting with intermittent fasting , and no carbs , Monday I hope to start OMAD for the week , wish me luck,
68.3 kg Lost so far: 22.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
