Ok so you fell off the wagon a bit. Trust you had a good time and enjoyed all the eats and you got that craving out your system. Now time to pick up the pieces and move forward. Its a piece of old tekkie for you. I bet 7 days from now you will find yourself where you were before your off day party. Stress used to be my killer, but then i realise that fat is a bigger killer. Go back to recording daily, even if you gaining because you taking an off day, if helps keep you in the reality of what your off days are doing to you. Stay the course

Take the long view on this. Of course we will have cravings and days (sometimes weeks) where we just consume junk. As Mike said, it was fun, don't feel guilty, let it go and here's a good tip that I use: Look at what triggered this : boredom with your food, stress, illness, conflict, whatever it is, find it and either change it if you can (like when your food becomes boring) or develop a strategy to work around for the next time it hits. We learn nothing in success, only setbacks can teach us something. Oh, and by the way, you're still doing great - 30kg loss is difficult for more than 75% of the people I see.

Take it a day at time, and be kind to yourself. The more harsh you are with yourself, the more stressed you’ll be which will make you have cravings for your comfort foods. So start slowly, and be kind to yourself. Forgive yourself for whatever you believe you did wrong, then as Mike said, start picking up the pieces.
If you’re trying low carb, I’d also advise that you give yourself time to truly research it - YouTube has loooooots if great videos explaining. The cravings can be psychological and biological so you need a strategy for both, the videos will help with biological cravings. When I started Keto / low carb, I realized I had carb cravings because I wasn’t eating enough fat 🤷🏽♀️ crazy right! So take the time to truly learn and understand what eating lifestyle you’re coming to, then go for it! We’re all here to support, and 30kg loss is No Small Feat, so focus on that than on your stumbles. You can do this 💪🏾👊🏾🙌🏾
